Refund policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item and exchange the product for another similar product, from the same vendor. This does not apply to fresh product (cut flowers & plants).

You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date the purchase was made.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it (ie. If a candle has been burned, or bath salts used, it no longer qualifies for an exchange. It must also be in the original packaging.

The item must be directly returned to the shop (320 James St. N.) or shipped to the shop with proof of shipment sent to Gather Florals for an exchange.
